Asbury United Methodist Church offers its space for Thomson in the event of an emergency.
Choral Arts Society of Washington
The Choral Arts Society of Washington offers artsAccess (Arts for Children Creates Educational Success in Schools). This arts integration program pairs professional artists with elementary school classes in an effort to incorporate music and arts into the 1-6 curriculum. In addition, elementary school teachers are offered professional development workshops so that they can better integrate the performing arts into their classrooms on a daily basis.
Embassy of the Republic of Turkey
The sixth grade class participates in the Embassy Adoption Program with the Embassy of the Republic of Turkey.
Everybody Wins
Each week Everybody Wins volunteers read one-on-one with any second- through sixth-grader who wishes to participate.
Junior Achievement
Working with the AfterSchool for All program, Junior Achievement teaches basic economic literacy to Thomson students.

National Labor Relations Board
National Museum of Women in the Arts
Associates from the National Museum of Women in the Arts guide students in the middle grades in writing, designing and producing art books which are exhibited at the Museum.
Pension Benefit Guarantee Corporation (PBGC)
Employees of PBGC tutor Thomson students in Math weekly. They also sponsor a winter coat drive for students. In the spring they sponsor a Golf Tournament. All of the proceeds go to Thomson.
Renaissance Mayflower Hotel
The Renaissance Mayflower Hotel sponsors Thomson's graduation including hosting a luncheon for each student and two guests. The Renaissance Mayflower has also provided backpacks for first grade students.

Sidley Austin Brown & Wood provides Legal Associates who teach peer mediation to students in Thomson's upper grades.
